1. Return Request:
You may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
2. Conditions for Return:
• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• Customized products or items purchased during promotional periods may have special conditions as stated in the offer.
3. How to Request a Return:

• Your order number
• Full name
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the product (if necessary for evaluation)
4. Procedure:
Once your email is received, our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for sending the product back. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error is on our part.
5. Refund or Exchange:
After we receive and verify the product, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, or, if you prefer, we will exchange it for the desired product.
